I went to RR to purchase a tile floor for my hallway. I opted for a 'green slate' that matched the other slate floors... in the house well. Luke & Matt bent over backwards to make sure the job went smoothly. On unpacking the slate one of the tiles was broken and when laying one of the slates cracked after it was laid.
